M. James Clark, DDS
Dr. Clark is a native Texan, born and raised in Lampasas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio for his dental education. Dr. Clark was a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and graduated third in his class. Following graduation, Dr. Clark joined the United States Air Force where he was an officer, and he completed a one year of general practice residency. Following his honorable discharge, Dr. Clark returned to the University of Texas Health Science Center for his formal training in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Clark joined Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1983.
Dr. Clark is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial, Houston Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Southwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery; he is also past president of both the Texas and Southwest Societies. Dr. Clark is also a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. In addition, he has served as an examiner on the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from 1999-2013.
Dr. Clark and his wife, Brenda, reside in The Woodlands.
